There are a number of Chicago chefs who are known as a molecular gastronomers and inventors. Do you think molecular gastronomy restaurants such as Alinea, Moto, iNG, and Tru or related entities might be eligible for the R&D Credit?

So great to see the Q&A with David! I can say I remember him when – does that make us old, or just long-time friends. I’ll stick with the 2nd option. AgriCommunicator days are a foundation for a lot of people in the state and country. And yes – EJ would be proud!
