Adam has more than 20 years of experience serving some of the country’s most prominent and successful restaurants. His in-depth understanding of the unique tax challenges and opportunities faced by restaurant companies has earned Adam a reputation as one of the industry’s top tax advisers. Adam is co-director of SS&G’s restaurant services group and previously served as chairman of the AICPA Restaurant Conference.

Lisa’s background as both a CPA and JD (University of Cincinnati), coupled with more than 20 years of experience, allows her to successfully guide her clients through the tax challenges and opportunities facing restaurateurs and investors.

 

Dustin Minton
Dustin J. Minton, CPA, MBA
Dustin leads SS&G’s restaurant assurance practice. He began his career at one of the Big 4 before joining SS&G. Dustin’s exposure to all segments and sizes of restaurants has given him experience tackling all sorts of complex technical accounting issues, financial reporting requirements, and client specific issues that require a custom approach to practicality, and has earned him an impressive client portfolio.

 

Alexis Becker
Alexis S. Becker, CPA, MBA
Alexis’ knowledge of the technical accounting, internal control, and financial reporting issues specific to the restaurant and food service industries is hard to match. Jeffrey Tubaugh, CPA
Jeff has more than 10 years of experience serving restaurant clients. From small independents to large national chains, Jeff uses his technical expertise to resolve tax issues and concerns unique to restaurants. He has extensive experience with cost segregation studies and also writes articles for restaurant publications.
 

 


Dirk T. Ahlbeck, CPA, CVA
Dirk heads up SS&G’s Chicago restaurant practice, which concentrates on serving privately owned, multi-unit restaurants in the Chicagoland area. He has more than 20 years of public accounting experience, specializing in assurance services. Dirk is a member of the Illinois Restaurant Association.
